Program Details

  1. Students must sign 9-month employment pledge

  2. Students must be able to pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug screen.

  3. Students must be able to obtain their permit through the MVD.

    • 3 day in class prep available!

  4. Range training is 3-4 weeks of skills training completed at the Tucson Terminal.

  5. Upon completion of training, student will be tested by in-house 3rd party tester.

  6. Once students have passed the CDL test they will be scheduled for orientation with Eagle.

    • Students will begin their time OTR as a student driver and be out with a mentor for approximately 3-5 weeks.

    • Students are paid every Friday and direct deposit is available.

    • While in training, students are on their trainers schedules and should expect to be gone a minimum of 3 weeks at a time.

    • Once training is completed and students promote to a qualified driver, they have the option of running 48 State or the Western Region.

    • Qualified drivers are paid per mile! Solo and team driving positions available!
